Challenge: Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, a wholesale distributor of specialty coffees, was outgrowing their current facility. In order to expand their packaging capacity, it was necessary to move their warehousing and distribution operations into a new distribution center.

Solution: Diamond Phoenix designed and integrated a state-of-the-art material handling system for the new warehousing and distribution center in Waterbury, Vermont. The result combines pallet, case, and split case order picking under one roof and it will easily respond to Green Mountain Coffee Roasters’ future growth.
