Marketing Manager
Review the entire scope of our business and assess all existing marketing initiatives; ensure implementation of all existing marketing initiatives; devise and implement strategy to exploit untapped opportunities; improve and maintain a distributor support program; develop an internet based sales/marketing strategy; manage all communication and production of print and electronic media; research, analyze and monitor competitors and market trends; conduct and evaluate marketing surveys on current and new product concepts; execute and manage external marketing and public relations communications; successful delivery of assigned projects within budget and on schedule; prepare marketing activity reports; manage trade show activity including planning, managing, budgeting, and implementation; provide support for new business initiatives and presentations; manage the use of the customer databases, including the planning, development, execution and evaluation of existing and newly created database marketing programs
Customer Service Technician
Install and/or supervise the installation of automated storage and retrieval systems including all associated equipment and devices; start up, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair in person or by phone new or existing systems; write technical reviews and make recommendations for installation, inspection and maintenance of equipment; organize and conduct in-plant or on-site operator and maintenance training for customers, dealers and installers; develop and maintain technical documentation for the operation and maintenance of equipment; maintain NEC/OSHA/SEISMIC standards; etc. Excellent written and oral presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills. 2-4 years post-secondary education, preferably in electrical and electronics technology with training in PLC and PC based control systems. Travel up to 60% required.
Site Manager

Electrical First Line Supervisor (Electrician I)
Assemble electrical components and interconnect them by following wiring diagrams and wiring and/or troubleshooting almost any electrical circuit for emergency and scheduled assembly, repairs, installations and electrical inspection work to be performed. Applicant should have knowledge of electrical theory and principles, statutory codes, propertes of materials and principles of operations of electrical equipment; ability to work from bill of materials, layouts, sketches, schematics and wiring diagrams; working knowledge of programmable controllers; a high degree of attention and care to prevent injury to oneself and others; travel to customer sites for repairs and installations as required. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; Vocational School training and/or a journeyman's license recommended, but not required; proficiency in reading blue prints; five (5) years experience; must have tools required in the electrical trade; proficiency in math and ability to read a ruler.
Mechanical Engineer
Seeking Mechanical Engineer with 5-7 years experience in machine design. Individual will be responsible for the layout, design and build up of integrated material handling equipment from a combination of standard and customized components. Special design applications require strong mechanical design skills, including knowledge in sheet metal and structural steel fabrication, power transmission, servosystems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical control devices. Applicant will be involved in all aspects of the engineering process including design, cost estimating, bills of materials, procurement, detail and assembly drawings, manufacturing support, testing, documentation, installation support and troubleshooting. Requirements: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology. Must have strong communication and computer skills including Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor a plus.
Machine Shop First Line Supervisor (Machinist I)
Set-up and operate all types of machine tools common to the machinist trade; perform complicated operations; work with close tolerances and fine fits from
drawings and sketches; use full range of precision measuring and gauging tools to perform inspection before start of job; produce new parts, perform repairs, rebuild or overhaul work of manufacturing or service equipment from job orders, blue prints, sketches, and/or written or verbal instructions;
build or repair all types, sizes and shaped jigs, fixtures, tools and dies; make necessary adjustments during operation where changes in work and set-up are necessary to achieve requisite dimensions and/or tolerances; plan setup and operate typical machine shop machine tools, producing parts to tolerances and company specifications, using typical machinist's tools; traveling to customer sites for repairs and installations as required. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; Vocational School training recommended, but not required; proficiency in reading blue prints; tool and die experience and/or training/schooling; five (5) years experience as a machinist; must have the tools required in the machinist profession; proficiency in math and ability to read a ruler.
Associate Project Engineer
This position will, under the supervision of the manager and/or a senior engineer, provide engineering support and expertise for integrated projects with primary focus on outside purchased equipment & systems. Assist project engineers to translate material handling concepts into specific designs and specifications. Provide support for both pre and post sales efforts by developing system layouts of concepts into specific components based on assigned technologies (including conveyor and sortation, racks and shelving, controls, and material handling devices); support account managers in developing integrated systems proposals by developing AutoCAD drawings of detailed solutions, bills of materials for sub-contracted work and equipment, soliciting bids from suppliers, and operating the internal pricing programs; support project managers by providing installation drawings, mechanical equipment testing/commissioning documentation; support project engineering department’s computerized information database by contributing to and maintaining vendor/suppliers database and supporting a drawing/graphics database; investigate specific material handling equipment to provide solutions to material handling requirements defined by account managers. Qualifications: Engineering degree; ability to occasionally travel to job sites; 0-2 years experience in material handling system with specific design experience with conveyor, rack, controls, and packaging equipment; strong computer skills including AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Word.
Entry Level Electrical and Controls Engineer
Draw electrical schematics using AutoCAD; create parts lists and order parts when necessary; write PLC and drive code using various Ladder Logic programs;
start-up, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair in person or by phone new or existing systems; write technical documents and make recommendations
for installation, inspection and maintenance of equipment; organize and conduct in-plant or on-site operator and maintenance training for customers;
develop and maintain technical documentation for the operation and maintenance of equipment. Qualifications: Understanding of electrical schematics; programming in Ladder Logic and structured text; AutoCAD; Visual Basic and C++ a plus; excellent written and oral presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills; 2-4 years post-secondary education in electrical and electronics technology with training in PLC and PC based control systems; travel up to 40% required.
