Challenge: A manufacturer of fluid system components was looking for a space efficient way to store incoming totes from different pick zones until all zones were complete.

Solution: Diamond Phoenix installed a double-tiered horizontal carousel stack with an automatic inserter/extractor to act as a buffer system. Efficiency was improved so much that the system was later expanded.
