Specifically, preliminary designs will be shared for your critique and input, and at least one conference call or meeting will be confirmed to review design direction and progress.

Alternative planning. We understand restrictions and the need for options. We identify alternative system designs based on the specific constraints of your business, including budgets, time, and management philosophy toward automation.

ROI Analysis. We develop a complete financial picture of the impacts of the project and calculate a number of financial statistics to measure the quality of the project. Our financial models include Payback Period, Return on Investment (ROI), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR), all using discounted cash flow analysis.

Data analysis package. This is a series of charts and graphs that show in tabular and graphical form summaries of the analyzed and condensed data, including time slices, order stratifications or SKU breakdowns.

Systems drawing package. All drawings will be clear and extensively annotated. Our belief is drawings can only convey the intent of a systems design when they are presented clearly, in color, extensively annotated and complete with all necessary details. Drawings will include systems plans views, zone plan views and plan views of automated sub-systems.

Systems Design Document. The Systems Design Document will provide you with a host of information, including a data analysis summary, material flows and product definitions, space and location planning, system description of operation, technologies in the systems design, methods and manuals of operation, IT integration requirements, functional descriptions of the system software, project implementation planning.

Management quality presentation. All projects require some level of management review. We will summarize all findings into a concise Executive Summary for presentation to the responsible management in your organization.

Systems pricing summary. We will prepare the capital outlay costs for the base design and alternatives.
